Donation rules: There is no maximum donation. Donations can come from any location in the world. Donations cannot be accepted from any labor organization, including but not limited to the UAW, or any employer, whether or not they have contracts with the UAW.
Contributions to the Will Lehman for UAW President campaign are not tax-deductible. Identifying information for contributions of $100 or more will be disclosed on Campaign Financial Disclosure Forms and may be made public, as required by UAW election rules.
The election rules require that candidates maintain a separate written record of the name, address, amount, Local Union number, and date for every contributor, regardless of the size of the donations.
